The CompNet Carolinas Autumn Championship is part of the Global Jiu-Jitsu League circuit — the rebranded name CompNet adopted in 2022 after growing out of Gracie Barra's internal trial tournaments started by Carlos Gracie Jr. The league now runs roughly 50 events a year across 16-plus regions under a unified rules and global ranking system, officiated by IBJJF-certified referees.
