Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Let's Roll. Our apparel and gear are fulfilled through Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner, and shipped directly to you from their global fulfillment centers.
1. Order Fulfillment
Each product is made to order. This means:
- Production time: 2–5 business days on average
- You'll receive an email with tracking info once your item ships
Please allow a little extra time during holidays, product launches, or global supply chain delays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

Please note that international orders may experience customs delays.
3. Carriers & Tracking
Printful partners with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional services. You'll get a tracking link via email once your order ships.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your item, please check with your local carrier or post office first, then email gear@letsroll.co if needed.
4. Delivery Issues
If your item:
- Never arrived, and the tracking shows no movement for 10+ days
- Was damaged in shipping
- Was misprinted or incorrect
Please contact us at gear@letsroll.co within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We'll help make it right.
5. Customs, Duties & VAT
International orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees, depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, but we do replace items that are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
