Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu Academy in Reno is guided by Scott Fritzinger, a second-degree black belt with over two decades of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience. Classes at Guerrilla cover a broad spectrum of BJJ training. Adults can train in gi and no-gi formats, including advanced gi sessions and women’s gi classes. The academy also offers dedicated gi drilling and rolling to hone technique and timing. Open mat sessions are available regularly, providing extra time for students to refine skills and spar. The curriculum extends to kids and teens, with youth instructors focusing on progression, confidence building, and translating lessons beyond the mat.
