The NEWBREED Pensacola Fall Championship 2026 will take place on September 26 at the Pensacola Interstate Fair. This event features both gi and no-gi divisions, catering to a wide range of grappling competitors.
NEWBREED's Pensacola Fall Championship brings the promotion's athlete-safety-first rules to the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds. Youth Group 1 (ages 4-11) competes with no submissions allowed, while Youth Group 2 (12-17) and adult no-gi divisions are split into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced skill levels; gi competitors are grouped by their current belt, and any gi color is allowed. The event takes place Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Pensacola Interstate Fair, 6655 Mobile Hwy, Pensacola, FL. No outside federation membership is required. NEWBREED (the NEWBREED Jiu-Jitsu Federation) is a US tournament circuit whose federation was established in 2012. It runs 100+ tournaments a year nationwide with kids-through-adult gi and no-gi divisions and digital bracket management, culminating in The Ultimate Grappler (TUG), its elite no-gi absolute finale.
NEWBREED runs a long-established tournament circuit (including its Ultimate Challenge events) with gi and no-gi divisions for kids and adults, grouped by age, weight, and experience level. It's a high-volume regional circuit that many competitors use for regular local competition.
NEWBREED publishes its own rulebook with an explicit emphasis on athlete safety, and technique legality scales with age and division level. Read the current NJJF rules before competing — division structures and legal techniques are spelled out there.
