FUJI BJJ is the tournament series run by Fuji Sports, the martial-arts gi and apparel brand, launched in 2007. It runs gi and no-gi events for kids through adults across roughly ten US regions, using IBJJF-style point scoring.
Rules
FUJI BJJ runs one of the larger tournament circuits in the United States, with gi and no-gi divisions for kids and adults and a reputation for beginner-friendly, well-organized events.
FUJI's scoring is closely based on IBJJF rules: the same positional point values, advantages for near-scores and submission attempts, and a similar penalty structure. Match times scale with belt — roughly 5 minutes at white belt up to 8 minutes for brown and black belts — so IBJJF competitors will find the format immediately familiar.
