Claim this gymTFTC Academy Cary approaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on helping each student reach their full potential through tailored instruction. The coaches draw on decades of experience across BJJ, kickboxing, youth wrestling, and kids martial arts, adapting intensity and complexity to fit individual needs. This philosophy shapes a training environment where progression is deliberate, balancing fundamentals with advanced techniques for practitioners at every stage. Classes at TFTC cover both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with adult programs divided into fundamental and advanced levels to guide students through skill development systematically. No-gi sessions include specialized offerings like Ecological BJJ and submission wrestling, while gi classes maintain a traditional curriculum. Youth programs provide gi and no-gi BJJ classes along with submission wrestling, ensuring a broad grappling foundation for younger practitioners. Kickboxing classes for kids and adults complement the grappling curriculum by developing striking skills. The schedule supports consistent practice with multiple daily classes, including morning and midday sessions for adults, plus open mat times on Saturdays for extra drilling and sparring. The academy’s setup accommodates drop-ins, making it accessible for visitors or those with irregular schedules. TFTC’s blend of martial arts disciplines and structured class options reflect a thoughtful approach to training that serves a wide range of students in Cary.
