Palm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been serving Saginaw since 2014 with a focus on martial arts education that goes beyond technique. The instructors—Carl Rabideau, Vince Barber, Brandon Elder, and Karl Briggs—emphasize a practical and realistic approach to self-defense and personal growth, striving to help each student succeed on and off the mats. Women’s Empowerment Self-Defense classes are available for participants age 12 and up, designed to increase awareness and build practical skills in a setting that prioritizes safety and support.
