Ozone Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Florence, South Carolina is led by founder and head instructor Cliff White, a third-degree black belt with deep experience in both training and competition. Coach Cliff built Ozone with the goal of making authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu accessible to anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. His teaching style is rooted in practical technique and fundamentals, and he works closely with students to help them develop confidence and skill—whether they are brand new to the sport or preparing for competition. The academy offers a full slate of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and kids, with both gi and no-gi training available. The kids’ program focuses on foundational gi Jiu-Jitsu, giving younger students a structured environment to build discipline and self-defense skills. Adults can choose from dedicated no-gi classes, mixed gi/no-gi sessions, and open mats, with all classes designed to accommodate a range of experience levels. Ozone also welcomes drop-ins, making it easy for visitors or traveling practitioners to join a session. Beyond Jiu-Jitsu, co-owner Paige White, a brown belt with nearly a decade of experience, leads the Kickboxing and Muay Thai program. Her classes emphasize fitness, striking fundamentals, and real-world self-defense, with a special focus on creating a positive, encouraging space for beginners, women, and youth athletes.
