Diego Saraiva Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Roswell/Crabapple is an affiliate of the renowned Diego Saraiva BJJ and Nova União Atlanta, carrying forward a deep lineage rooted in one of the most accomplished teams in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. Head instructor Jason Scohier, a black belt who began training in 2012, leads the academy with a passion for teaching and a focus on making technical jiu-jitsu accessible to students of all backgrounds. He is supported by assistant instructor Chris Walker, a karate black belt and competitive BJJ purple belt, who brings both grappling and striking experience to the mats. The academy offers structured programs for both adults and kids, emphasizing fundamental and advanced techniques in a safe and encouraging environment. Classes include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for all ages, with specific instruction for young students and newcomers, and the schedule features regular open mat sessions for adults, where drop-ins are welcome.
