Dedicated Jiu-Jitsu in Temecula is known for its straightforward, welcoming approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of Professor Jason Medina. A second-degree black belt under Ricardo “Pantcho” Feliciano of Checkmat, Jason has trained since 2011, built a strong competition record—including an undefeated run at Fight 2 Win—and founded the academy to offer high-level training without ego or intimidation. The coaching team also includes Coach Kaylee Mcclellan, who works closely with kids and brings a natural ability to make young students feel comfortable and confident, and Coach Rob Raubolt, a military veteran who leads by example and helps anchor the academy’s steady, hard-working culture. Classes at Dedicated Jiu-Jitsu cover both gi and no-gi formats for adults and kids. Adults can train in fundamentals, all-levels gi, no-gi, and competition classes, with open mat times available for extra rounds or drilling. Kids’ programs are split by age group (4–8 and 9–14) and offer both gi and no-gi instruction, along with a kids’ competition class for those looking to test themselves further. The schedule is built to support steady technical growth, confidence, and discipline, whether students are just starting out or preparing for tournaments. The academy’s coaching style is hands-on and laid-back, emphasizing technical development and building real relationships on the mats. Drop-ins are welcome, and the team prides itself on making every student—child or adult—feel at home and supported as they progress in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
