Triunfo Jiu Jitsu & MMA in Santa Ana is led by Professor Felipe Fogolin, a 3-time black belt world champion and Pan Ams champion with deep roots in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. Professor Fogolin earned his BJJ black belt under Cleber Luciano in Huntington Beach after first achieving black belt rank in Judo in his native Brazil. His teaching brings together the fundamentals of BJJ with the grip work and takedown skills of high-level Judo, shaped by years of competition at IBJJF, EBI, and Fight2WinPro events. The academy offers a full schedule for adults and kids, with classes running every day of the week. Adult students can train in both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with clear entry points for newcomers through fundamentals classes and options for all levels throughout the week. No-gi and MMA classes are part of the regular rotation, along with Muay Thai for those interested in striking. Triunfo also runs a dedicated youth program, where Coach Chelsie Fogolin, a brown belt under Professor Fogolin, leads both youth BJJ and Muay Thai classes. The 4,800 square foot facility is set up for serious training, with space for large classes and a streamlined, functional layout.
