Claim this gymTeam Wise Training Center in Lynnwood, Washington was built around the idea of offering a complete martial arts experience under one roof. The academy’s schedule is carefully balanced to give students access to both traditional and modern approaches, with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu forming a core part of the program alongside wrestling and striking arts. The BJJ curriculum includes both gi and no-gi classes for adults, with dedicated sessions for rolling and technique. Open mat times are available most days, giving students the chance to put in extra rounds or work on specific skills in a relaxed setting. For those interested in a broader grappling foundation, regular wrestling classes are offered in the evenings, and kickboxing is available for those looking to cross-train or expand into striking. Youth classes focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and are paired with strength and conditioning to help younger students build athleticism and confidence. The academy also runs regular strength and conditioning sessions for adults, supporting the demands of serious training. Drop-ins are welcome across all main classes, making it easy for visitors or busy schedules to fit in training. Team Wise’s approach reflects a practical, well-integrated training environment for students looking to develop in BJJ and beyond.
