Dan’s grappling roots go back to wrestling in middle school in 1995, and he has competed actively in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years. His competition record includes medals at IBJJF No-Gi Worlds, Pan Americans, and American Nationals, along with coaching multiple local and regional team titles. The gym operates as both a family business and a training center, with Dan’s wife and kids often present, reflecting their commitment to building a tight-knit environment around the sport. The academy offers structured classes for all ages, starting with gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for children as young as three, progressing through age groups up to adults.
