The gym joined the SBG International network in 2014 and rebranded as SBG Cork the following year, focusing its efforts on MMA disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling. This evolution reflects a commitment to nurturing personal growth through martial arts within a supportive, community-driven environment. Training at SBG Cork offers a comprehensive curriculum that balances fundamentals with competitive readiness.
