The academy offers a structured approach to both gi and no-gi training, reflecting the influence and standards set by the Renzo Gracie tradition. Students can expect a blend of fundamentals and advanced concepts, developed through years of technical refinement within the broader Renzo Gracie network. Classes are organized for adults and children, with both gi and no-gi options available for each age group. Beginners have dedicated fundamentals sessions—such as Beginner Gi Jiu Jitsu and Beginner No Gi Jiu Jitsu—while more experienced practitioners can join Adult Gi, Adult No Gi, and mixed-level classes throughout the week. Kids’ programs introduce young grapplers to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi formats, emphasizing skill development and mat awareness from an early age. Open mat sessions are scheduled regularly, providing time for students to roll, drill, or work on techniques outside of structured classes. Sunday Submissions in the gi offers another opportunity for focused training and live rounds. The academy welcomes visitors for drop-in training, making it accessible for traveling practitioners or those interested in experiencing the Renzo Gracie approach firsthand.
