Classes at PURE JIUJITSU are structured to support a full progression, from absolute beginners through to advanced practitioners and those preparing for competition. The timetable includes both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and dedicated self-defence sessions. Children’s classes are a significant part of the programme, led by coaches with specialist experience, including work with neurodivergent children and a strong judo foundation.
