With over two decades of experience on the mats and nine years as a black belt, Professor Fred brings a direct lineage that traces from Mitsuyo Maeda to Carlos Gracie Sr., through Draculino and Mauro Celso Santigo, to his own instruction. His teaching is shaped by years of competition, traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu values, and a commitment to developing both the physical and mental strength of his students. At Lobo Jiu Jitsu, the curriculum reflects Professor Fred’s structured approach. Children start in the “Little Lobos” and kids’ programs, with classes divided by age groups (4–7, 6–8, 9–12, and 13–15) to ensure instruction matches their developmental needs.
