The class schedule is built around a progression that starts with the youngest in the Baby Bulldogs and Little Bulldogs groups, moving up to Bulldogs and adults’ classes, as well as a dedicated slot for teens. Sparring is a regular part of the adult and kids’ training, helping students pressure-test their skills in a controlled setting. For those with alternative education paths, a homeschool BJJ class is available, reflecting the academy’s attention to practical local needs.
