Haven Grappling is a no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school at its core, with a curriculum built around submission grappling, wrestling, and standing exchanges. Adult classes run morning, noon, and evening nearly every day, including basics, mixed-level, advanced, and competition-focused sessions. Beginners benefit from structured, game-based learning, while experienced grapplers find advanced drilling and targeted positional work. Kids’ no-gi jiu-jitsu classes, offered five days a week for ages 6–14, focus on building confidence and skills in a fun, safe setting.
