Claim this gymAt GUEGO BJJ TEAM MCKINNEY TX, the coaching philosophy is rooted in providing a proven, practical approach to fitness and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The staff focuses on helping students build real skills, confidence, and strength through consistent training and hands-on instruction. Every class is designed to challenge participants while supporting them at every level, whether they’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to sharpen their competitive edge. The academy offers structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for both adults and kids, with a strong emphasis on traditional gi training. Children’s BJJ classes introduce the fundamentals in a positive, energetic environment, while adult classes provide a mix of technical instruction, drilling, and live sparring. Open mat sessions are available for adults, giving students extra mat time to practice techniques, roll with teammates, and explore their own style of grappling. Located inside TBT Gym, the facility features a dedicated Jiu-Jitsu matted area alongside equipment for striking, wrestling, and fitness training. The gym is wheelchair accessible and welcomes drop-ins for both adults and children. GUEGO BJJ TEAM is part of a larger fitness center, allowing families to train together and take advantage of a variety of programs under one roof. The focus remains on practical skill development, personal growth, and creating a space where students of all backgrounds can train hard and make progress on and off the mats.
