Students of all ages and backgrounds begin with Gracie Combatives, a program focused on the 36 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, designed specifically for beginners and taught in a cooperative, step-by-step format. The academy emphasizes a clear progression: after mastering fundamentals, adult students move into the Master Cycle, which organizes hundreds of advanced techniques into a systematic path from blue belt through black belt.
