Gracie Barra Weston Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Self Defense was established to bring the legacy and structured teaching of Master Carlos Gracie Jr. to the Weston area. As part of the global Gracie Barra family, the academy follows the tradition and curriculum developed by Master Carlos, a coral belt and influential figure in the evolution of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The school's certified instructors are dedicated to the art and strive to foster both technical skill and personal growth in every student, honoring a lineage that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and the values of the Gracie Barra system. Classes at Gracie Barra Weston are organized according to age and experience, following the proven Gracie Barra curriculum. Young students can start in the GBK Little Champions program for ages 4 to 9, or move into the GBK Juniors group for ages 10 to 14, where instruction focuses on age-appropriate techniques, self-defense, and the fundamentals of gi-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Adults of all backgrounds join the GB1 program, which is designed for all levels and introduces the foundational techniques and principles of the art in a structured, supportive setting.
