Adults can choose from gi and no-gi options, with classes like Fighting Foundations, All Levels, and Beyond The Basics for those looking to deepen their understanding. Muay Thai is also available for those interested in striking, and open mat sessions give students the chance to train with people from all backgrounds. The academy welcomes drop-ins and offers community open mats where visitors from any school can join. Kids and teens have their own dedicated programs, including Tiny Warriors, Little Warriors, Junior Warriors, and a teens’ class for ages 13 to 15.
