The academy offers a full schedule of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi formats, as well as Muay Thai, kickboxing, freestyle wrestling, and self-defense classes. Programs for kids start as young as age 3, with the Little Dragons and Kids BJJ classes focusing on takedowns, positions, and submissions.
