The academy brings the Carlson Gracie lineage to the city, reflecting a tradition of practical, pressure-tested grappling paired with a modern approach to coaching. Classes at Black Sheep BJJ cover gi and no-gi formats for adults, with a clear progression from fundamentals to more advanced work.
