ASPIRE TO INSPIRE JIU-JITSU X JG ACADEMY MERIDIAN

ASPIRE TO INSPIRE JIU-JITSU X JG Academy Meridian brings the JG Academy’s established approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Idaho with a full slate of classes for kids and adults. Classes are led by professional, certified instructors, and the schedule reflects a focus on fundamentals, structured progression, and family participation. The academy operates weekday evenings and offers both gi and no-gi training throughout the week, with additional daytime sessions for adults. The youth program is notably thorough, with separate class times for children ages 4–6 and 7–14, and instruction available in both gi and no-gi formats. This age-specific structure allows young students to develop at an appropriate pace, building skills and confidence from an early age. Adult instruction covers both fundamentals and advanced techniques, with dedicated classes for each, and open mat sessions following most evening classes for extra practice or sparring. Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is offered on Saturday mornings, providing a focused environment for women to train and learn. The academy welcomes visitors for open mat on Sunday evenings, inviting practitioners from other schools to join in. ASPIRE TO INSPIRE JIU-JITSU X JG Academy Meridian is designed for families, new students, and experienced grapplers alike, emphasizing safe, professional instruction and a structured path for everyone on the mats.
