Claim this gymANK - Santa Fe Muay Thai has been a part of Santa Fe’s martial arts scene for more than 25 years. The gym is run by Natalie Roy-Perls and Aaron Perls, both experienced instructors who teach Muay Thai alongside boxing, cardio kickboxing, and personal training. The team also includes specialists in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Kali/Escrima, and mixed martial arts, offering a range of striking and grappling disciplines under one roof. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at ANK are led by Benjamin Sandoval, with additional instruction for kids provided by Nik Tschursin. The school offers open mat sessions for adults, allowing students to drill and spar in a less formal setting. Classes accommodate various skill levels and include both gi and no-gi training options, fitting into the broader curriculum that balances traditional martial arts with fitness and competition preparation. Beyond BJJ, ANK’s schedule features Muay Thai, Western-style boxing, and fitness-focused cardio kickboxing. They also run children’s programs to introduce younger students to martial arts fundamentals. With multiple instructors covering striking, grappling, and weapons arts, the gym supports a practical, cross-disciplinary approach to training, blending self-defense, sport, and conditioning throughout its programs.
