Alliance Jiu Jitsu Boca Raton is the home of the Alliance team in Boca Raton, Florida, representing a direct link to the 14-time World Champion Alliance lineage founded by Romero “Jacare” Cavalcanti, Fabio Gurgel, and Alexandre Paiva. The academy stays true to the Alliance tradition, focusing on technical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the gi while welcoming students of all backgrounds and experience levels. Classes are structured to guide both children and adults through a clear progression. Young students start in the Tiny Eagles and Little Eagles BJJ programs, where they learn fundamentals and build confidence in an age-appropriate setting. Adults can join all-levels classes to develop a strong foundation or move into intermediate and advanced sessions for more technical training and live rolling. The academy follows a defined grading system for promotions, helping students track their progress through regular attendance and skill development. In addition to its core gi curriculum, Alliance Boca Raton offers early morning sessions and welcomes drop-ins, making it accessible for those with busy schedules. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the teaching approach emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and personal growth on and off the mat. The strong Alliance heritage is reflected in the academy’s commitment to structured training, consistent belt advancement, and the development of both recreational and competitive practitioners.
