Training at Vasquez Jiu Jitsu is organized into clear tracks for adults, teens, and kids. Gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are taught seven days a week, with classes for teens and adults (ages 13+) structured to support progression from fundamentals through advanced technique. Kids are split into two age tiers—Level 1 for ages 5–7 and Level 2 for ages 8–12—so instruction matches the developmental stage of each group. For those looking to add to their grappling skillset, both youth and adults can cross-train in judo, rounding out their stand-up and takedown abilities alongside ground-based BJJ.
