Located in London’s Docklands, Vasi Fuşle Academy - Judo / BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) is the continuation of a family tradition stretching back to 1974, when Vașile Fuşle began his journey as a judoka and coach in Romania. The academy’s roots are firmly grounded in the experience and dedication of the Fuşle family, who established their first Judo club in Satu Mare in 1985 and went on to manage several clubs with hundreds of members. The London academy, opened in 2021, is led by the next generation, building on over 17 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and a lifelong commitment to Judo. Training at Vasi Fuşle Academy centres on both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reflecting the family’s dual passion and expertise. Classes are structured to introduce children to martial arts from the age of five, with a strong emphasis on parental supervision throughout each session.
