Classes at US Martial Arts Academy cover a broad age range, with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training structured for kids, juniors, teens, and adults. The youth program is divided by belt ranks, from beginners in the Little Grasshoppers and White-Green groups to more advanced Blue-Black belt classes. Adult students can train in gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu across all ranks, with additional opportunities for open mat sessions that welcome drop-ins for extra practice time. The academy also offers cardio kickboxing for adults, integrating fitness alongside martial arts skills. Training sessions maintain a traditional gi focus for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, following a curriculum that supports steady progression through technical fundamentals and live rolling. The schedule includes classes tailored to different skill levels and age groups, ensuring consistent development from foundational movements to more advanced techniques. Open mat times provide a space for students to refine their skills outside regular class hours, reflecting the academy’s commitment to ongoing learning and practice.
