Adults new to grappling start with a 5-week introductory program that covers Jiu-Jitsu basics in ten structured lessons—gi included—before moving into regular group classes. The adult curriculum continues with fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced Jiu-Jitsu, along with dedicated wrestling sessions designed to tie takedown skills directly into the BJJ game. For those looking to train outside of class, open mats are a regular feature, and private lessons are available for more individualized attention. Youth programs are split by age and development, starting with the Mighty Pebbles (ages 3–5), then Rolling Stones (6–9), and Iron Boulders (10–14).
