Instructors include experienced coaches from various disciplines, such as UK boxing champion and HYROX athlete Vlad Matei, MMA specialist Mike Ekundayo, and coaches specialising in women's strength, glute building, and self-defence. The weekly schedule is built around early morning to late evening hours during the week, and daytime sessions at weekends, making training accessible for those with busy lives. Private coaching is available for both individuals and pairs, and members can tailor their training with flexible PT plans or a structured three-month programme.
