Squared BJJ Leominster operates under the guidance of Gabriel Gonzaga, a 5th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, judo black belt, two-time world BJJ champion, and former UFC heavyweight contender. Alongside Luis Soto, a 6th degree jiu-jitsu black belt and accomplished judo competitor, Gonzaga brings decades of world-level experience to the mats. Their leadership shapes every aspect of the school's training, from fundamentals to competition, blending deep technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach. The academy offers a structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for adults (14+) that emphasizes both gi and no-gi formats. Students benefit from a curriculum informed by high-level competition and real-world application, with classes designed to develop physical fitness, technical skill, and tactical awareness. No-gi grappling and mixed martial arts are also available for teens and adults, reflecting the instructors’ broad expertise.
