SMASH Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- Deer Park serves the Deer Park area with a full schedule of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for all ages and experience levels. The academy is led by Adam "Smash" Smith, who brings years of teaching experience and a hands-on coaching style to every class. SMASH BJJ has built its program around practical training for adults, kids, and families, with a focus on developing strong fundamentals and real-world skills. The kids’ program at SMASH BJJ covers every stage, starting with “Little Dragons” for the youngest students and moving through beginner, intermediate, and competition classes for older youth. Classes are offered in both gi and no-gi formats, and there are separate sessions for ages 6–8 and 9–14. Instructors like Ashley Greer, Caleb Weaver, and Jacob Smith help younger students build confidence, discipline, and technical ability, while youth competition classes give more advanced kids the chance to prepare for tournaments. Adults at SMASH BJJ can choose from gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, beginner fundamentals, open mat sessions, and a dedicated competition class. The team also offers women’s BJJ, MMA, and striking options including boxing and karate. Classes are available mornings and evenings, and drop-ins are welcome. The facility is wheelchair accessible and aims to make training approachable for anyone ready to step on the mat.
