Claim this gymSilverback Grappling is run out of a compact training space at 3045 Southcreek Rd Unit No 53 in Mississauga. The academy’s public presence is anchored by its Instagram account (@silverback_grappling), which is the primary channel for class updates and photos of instruction. Contact by phone is available at the listed number for scheduling or verification of current hours. Instruction at Silverback Grappling emphasises hands-on coaching in small-group settings; sessions posted on their Instagram show coaches actively drilling and giving individual feedback, which shapes the day-to-day teaching approach. The gym operates with a consistent local routine rather than large, commercial class blocks, and the visible sessions blend technical explanation with positional sparring and partner drills. Facilities are modest and focused: mat space in a dedicated unit inside the commercial strip at Southcreek Road, with photos showing standard mats and wall branding. There are no public, verified details about formal affiliations, belt syllabi, pricing or an online schedule; those specifics are best confirmed by calling the academy or checking their Instagram for the most recent posts and announcements.
