Claim this gymSilver Fox Brazilian BJJ - 561 operates in West Palm Beach with a straightforward focus on practical training for adult students. The academy is located on Shawnee Avenue and offers regular open mat sessions, making it accessible for practitioners interested in less structured, self-directed training time. Drop-ins are welcome, which encourages visitors and traveling students to join without advance arrangements. The academy’s approach centers on providing a space where adults of any experience level can work on their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills in a flexible, open setting. While there are no formal classes or kids’ programs listed, the open mat format allows for rolling, drilling, and exchanging techniques among peers, giving students the freedom to shape their own development. Without a set roster of instructors or a published class schedule, Silver Fox BJJ - 561 appeals to those who value an open, mat-based environment rather than a traditional, curriculum-driven structure. The focus here is on giving local and visiting practitioners a consistent place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in West Palm Beach, whether they are looking to get in extra rounds, refine techniques with friends, or simply enjoy the art without rigid scheduling.
