Seventh Son Jiu Jitsu

Seventh Son Jiu Jitsu is led by Joe Mora, who carries forward a lineage connected to Johnny Faria, a 4th degree black belt with over two decades of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a history of training under respected masters in the sport. Founded originally as Aftermath BJJ & MMA in 2011, the academy was Wildomar’s first dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school and has evolved through several name changes, reflecting its growth and ongoing affiliation with the San Diego-based Alliance team. Mora emphasizes respect, honor, and family values as core principles, shaping a training environment where integrity and loyalty are as important as technique. Training at Seventh Son focuses primarily on gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with classes offered five days a week for both children and adults. The curriculum includes fundamentals for beginners and more advanced instruction led by Mora in evening classes. Separate kids’ classes are conducted by instructors Kassandra Mora and Danny Sal, providing age-appropriate instruction that supports skill development and discipline. The school also offers boxing, kickboxing, and submission grappling, giving students access to a range of martial arts disciplines beyond BJJ. The academy’s facility includes a large mat area, showers, and is wheelchair accessible, accommodating a variety of training needs. Open mat sessions and private lessons are available, supporting students who want extra practice or personalized coaching.
