Sanity Jiu Jitsu in Winter Garden, Florida, is led by owners and instructors Lyanne Perez and Jon Perrine, both of whom bring deep experience as black belt competitors and coaches to the mats. The academy offers a structured program for adults and kids, with a full range of gi and no-gi classes. Adult students can progress through fundamentals in both gi and no-gi, advanced instruction, and competition classes, with Lyanne teaching many fundamentals and advanced gi sessions and Jon leading no-gi and competition training. There’s also a Morning Express Gi class for early risers. Women’s Only gi classes, taught by Lyanne, provide a focused space for women to train and build skills. Sanity Jiu Jitsu’s commitment to kids is clear, with gi and no-gi classes for ages 6–14, plus a dedicated kids’ competition class designed to help young athletes develop confidence and a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Open mat sessions are available for adults, and drop-ins are welcome across many classes.
