Ronin BJJ

Ronin BJJ operates within Triton Fight Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction rooted in the fundamentals of consistent mat time and repetition. The academy emphasizes steady progression through the traditional belt system—white, blue, purple, brown, and black—with students earning stripes along the way to mark their development. The philosophy here is straightforward: mastery comes from showing up regularly and drilling techniques until they become second nature, rather than relying on athleticism or shortcuts. Classes include both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with the no-gi program drawing from a variety of grappling styles such as Catch Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and Luta Livre.
