Reign Grappling Club

Reign Grappling Club is based at the Sutherland PCYC in New South Wales, offering a range of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling disciplines to the local community. The club provides instruction in both gi and no-gi BJJ, with classes tailored to adults as well as a dedicated kids’ BJJ program. While specific details about the founder or lineage aren't provided, the club’s presence at a community youth centre suggests a focus on accessibility and grassroots development of grappling skills in the Sutherland area. Training at Reign Grappling Club covers fundamental and more advanced techniques across its class offerings. Adults can engage in introductory BJJ sessions, gi classes, and no-gi training, allowing practitioners to build a well-rounded grappling game. The inclusion of wrestling classes broadens the scope of grappling arts taught, which supports those interested in cross-discipline skills or mixed martial arts preparation. Kids’ BJJ classes are also available, indicating an emphasis on developing younger grapplers with age-appropriate instruction. The club maintains an open mat session for members to drill and spar freely, which is valuable for hands-on experience beyond structured classes. Drop-ins are allowed across the various classes, making it convenient for visitors or those trying out the club. While no special facilities or additional programs are noted, the combination of gi, no-gi, wrestling, and open mat options reflects a practical approach to grappling training within a community-centred environment.
