Precision BJJ Academy

Precision BJJ Academy is led by Jeff Hammond, a 2nd degree black belt under Master Carlos “Caique” Elias and a former featherweight MMA champion. Established in 2014, the school began in a small East Texas studio and has grown steadily, reflecting Hammond’s focus on blending high-level sport training with practical self-defense skills. The academy traces its roots directly to Elias’s lineage, emphasizing authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques alongside real-world application. Students at Precision BJJ train primarily in gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with classes structured for adults and children, including specialized sessions for peewees and homeschoolers. The curriculum balances technical development with mental and physical conditioning, fostering resilience and strategic thinking. Alongside gi classes, the academy offers MMA training for both kids and adults, integrating striking and grappling elements. Open mat sessions are available by announcement, providing additional practice opportunities outside scheduled classes.
