2099 Wadsworth Blvd Unit D, Lakewood, CO
Pangea Jiu Jitsu in Lakewood, Colorado, operates out of a wheelchair-accessible facility at 2099 Wadsworth Blvd Unit D. While there is no publicly noted founder or head instructor, the academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training focused on adult practitioners. The school organizes open mat sessions that welcome all adults regardless of skill level or gender, providing a space for additional practice and sparring beyond regular classes. These open mats allow students to drill techniques and roll in a less structured setting, which supports individual development. Though details about formal class schedules or instructor lineages are not specified, Pangea Jiu Jitsu maintains an inclusive training environment by allowing drop-in participation. This approach offers flexibility for those looking to train BJJ in the Lakewood area without long-term commitments.
