Vaghi’s approach to BJJ reflects decades of experience training alongside members of the Gracie family, including Helio, Rickson, Royce, Royler, and Rolker Gracie. His credentials include multiple championship titles, notably winning both his weight class and the open division at the 2010 World Championships in Rio. Today, Vaghi focuses on teaching the fundamentals and nuances of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing leverage and timing as essential tools for all practitioners. Classes at Origin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu follow the traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu curriculum, which prioritizes self-defense and technique over brute strength.
