Northshore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is led by Danny Morera, a 4th degree black belt under Master Roberto Maia with direct lineage to the Gracie Family. With over 30 years of teaching experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate, Danny brings a depth of technical knowledge and a traditional martial arts perspective to the Salem academy. His approach prioritizes safety, discipline, and long-term skill development, shaping the academy’s focus on structured, purposeful training for both kids and adults. For children ages 4 to 14, classes like Tiny Champs and Youth Program emphasize movement, coordination, and character growth alongside technical fundamentals.
