Mohler MMA - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Boxing - Martial Arts Fitness - Grapevine / Southlake / Coppell is led by Professor Allen Mohler, a 5th Degree Black Belt under Romero “Jacare” Cavalcanti. Professor Mohler has been a pioneer of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Texas since 1993, building his academy around the values of technical precision, discipline, and lifelong growth. His decades of leadership have produced champions at the IBJJF and MMA levels, but his greater focus has always been on developing students of all ages and backgrounds in a supportive, team-driven environment. The academy’s 13,000 square foot facility in Grapevine offers a full suite of martial arts programs, including traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, wrestling, and MMA. Adult BJJ classes cover both gi and no-gi formats, with fundamentals, all-levels, and competition team sessions. There is also a women-only Jiu-Jitsu class and advanced no-gi and wrestling sessions for members who want to push their skills further. Boxing and Muay Thai classes are available for all levels, with beginner and technique-focused sessions to build striking fundamentals. For younger students, Mohler MMA runs dedicated kids’ and teen martial arts programs centered on building confidence, focus, and respect. The academy welcomes drop-ins for most adult classes and maintains specialized training spaces for each discipline.
