Lōgōs Youth & Adult Jiu Jitsu

Lōgōs Youth & Adult Jiu Jitsu in Westminster, Colorado, is led by siblings Michael Liera Jr. and Elizabeth Liera, both accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts with international competition experience. Michael, who established the Lōgōs headquarters in Rino in 2020, is recognized for his modern approach rooted in strong traditional lineage. Elizabeth, who operates the Westminster location, brings her own competitive pedigree with medals from the Pan American and World Championships. The academy opened its doors in August 2023 to serve families and students in the Westminster and Arvada areas. The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages five and up, with programs designed for both youth and adults. Young practitioners can start in the Origins classes for ages 4–7, available in both gi and no-gi formats, and progress to intermediate gi and no-gi classes for ages 8–12. Adults have access to fundamentals classes in both gi and no-gi, as well as open sparring and open mat sessions throughout the week. Training takes place six days a week in a 3,000 square foot facility, featuring a floating floor system that improves safety and comfort during intense sessions. Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu emphasizes practical skill development, personal growth, and a strong sense of shared progress among its members. The curriculum reflects the Liera family’s belief in spreading “good Jiu Jitsu” and building future generations through the art. Drop-ins are welcome, and the academy is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for visitors and new students to experience the training environment firsthand.
