Infinity BJJ Utah is led by head coach Jesus Bernardo Fajardo, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Professor Dylan Dearborn of Infinity BJJ San Diego and a judo brown belt under Sensei Guillermo Figueroa of Kino Judo Club. The academy is a family-run school based in Mapleton, Utah, with Jesus, his wife Melina, and their son Oliver at the heart of daily training. The coaching team also includes adults and kids instructors with a range of ranks, including brown, purple, blue, and white belts, each bringing their own perspective and experience to the mats. Classes at Infinity BJJ Utah are structured for a wide spectrum of ages and experience levels. Kids programs start as young as age six, with separate classes for ages 6–7 and 7–12. Teens and adults (13 and up) train together in both gi and no-gi sessions, with a dedicated no-gi class taught weekly by brown belt Ryan Fenn. The academy runs classes Monday through Saturday, including morning and evening options, and offers day classes for homeschool students. Competition training is available for those interested in testing their skills at tournaments. A notable program at Infinity BJJ Utah is the women’s-only Jiu-Jitsu classes, which meet three times a week and are open to teen girls and adult women. These sessions are taught by a female coach, providing a focused and supportive space for women to train. The academy welcomes families and encourages character development alongside technical skills, reflecting its roots as a family academy serving Mapleton and the surrounding area.
