The team includes instructors with ranks from blue to black belt, led by George, a first degree black belt, and supported by coaches like Angelo and Grant. Classes are split into clear programs. Adults and teens start in Gracie Combatives, which covers the 36 core techniques for self-defence in a structured, step-by-step format. Once students reach blue belt, they move on to the Master Cycle, which introduces advanced BJJ concepts and techniques. For women, the Women Empowered program teaches practical self-defence skills against common real-life threats, with a focus on empowerment and safety. Kids’ training starts as young as three years old with Mat Munchkins, then progresses through Little Champs (ages 5–7) and Jr Grapplers (ages 7–12) under the Gracie Bullyproof system. These classes teach self-defence without striking, giving children the tools to handle bullying and build confidence. Family involvement is encouraged, and parents are welcome to watch or even join classes themselves. All students have access to the Gracie University online platform to support their learning outside the gym.
