The academy follows the GB Method, organizing its programs by age and experience to ensure steady, safe progress for every student. Young children start in the GBK Tiny Champions (ages 4–5) and Little Champions (ages 6–7) classes, with Juniors and Teens (ages 8–15) building discipline and self-defense skills as they grow. Adult students begin with GB1, a fundamentals program open to all levels, and can advance to GB2, which is designed for students who have earned at least three stripes on their white belts.
